Shift_Up 1:1 mentorship sessions may be purchased in packages of four.

Note:

• 1:1 mentorship sessions are intended to be help the mentee with career-related and/or technical questions

• 1:1 mentorship sessions are intended to last 30 minutes only; any time beyond 30-minutes per session must be mutually agreed to by the mentor and the mentee; additional time will be counted against the total time purchased through the mentee’s mentorship package

• Mentor availability is not guaranteed; mentors are assigned are at the discretion of Shift_Up, based on the preferences of the mentee and availability of mentors

• 1:1 mentorship payments are refunded only if the mentor assigned by Shift_Up, agreed to by the mentee, is no longer able to fulfill their commitment for any reason
