On your first day, we sit down with you (on Zoom, for now…) to deeply understand your interests and goals, guiding you step-by-step to curated learning resources, saving you time and stress.
Then comes the fun part—learning with others (even online!).

How does it work?
Step One: Choose Your Support Level
If you need less support or are just exploring skills to learn, select the Silver Membership.
The Silver Membership is $99/month. Maintain total schedule flexibility to explore as many skills as you like for the first month, then one skill at a time after:
Learning roadmaps to give you direction
Study groups to keep you focused
Live coaches to get unstuck quickly (one evening / week)
Facilitated community to build motivation and learn together
“Personal trainers” to provide accountability weekly
Events, speakers, networking, and more to provide enrichment (limited access)
Employer network access to help get you hired (must pass assessments)
If you want more support or are committed to a career change, select the Gold Membership.
The Gold Membership is $249/month. Access unlimited premium classes, 1:1 mentorship, and unlimited events:
Unlimited class access—instructor-led, live classes (1-2x/week, 10-15 hours/week each)
1:1 weekly mentorship (if no class available, or if you simply prefer 1:1 vs. a class)
Unlimited premium event access—including exclusive practice interview sessions, employer field trips, leadership workshops, and more

Step Two: Get Learning
Get moving on Monday with your weekly check-in from Shift_Up. Start your learning roadmap, studying at your own pace and on your own schedule.
On Tuesday, log-on to an exclusive event—this time, an optional practice job interview with an employer partner. Next week, it’s a virtual reality workshop.
Join a study group on Wednesday with access to live online expert coaching to help you get unstuck if needed. Your new friends from last week are coming, too :)
Gold Members: Hop on your 1:1 mentorship call on Thursday to break through your challenges during the week. (Or, if you chose a class, join your live instruction night.)
It’s the weekend! What a week; you’re ready to let loose a little. Join other members and staff for a social night, and get ready to make memories!
Step Three: Earn Your Employer Introductions
It’s now been a few months, and you’re ready for your test. You submit your projects for assessment and defend your work. Congrats—you passed. Now, let’s connect you to employers (if that’s your goal) and help you learn whatever’s next!
