On Day 1 we sit down with you to deeply understand your interests and goals, guiding you step-by-step to curated learning resources, saving you time and stress.

Then comes the fun part—learning with others (even online!).

We can help you learn:

• Web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)—Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-9:30pm ET

• Game development (Unity)—Fridays 6:30-9:30pm ET

• UX design—Saturdays, 10-noon ET

• Digital marketing—Saturdays, noon-3pm ET

How does it work?

1. Sign up as a Shift_Up member

2. Onboard with our concierge staff to ensure we deeply understand your goals

3. Start down your learning roadmap with support from your community, your personal trainer, and live online weekly coaching and group study sessions

4. Learn at your own pace using curated content combined with projects

5. Join the fun of livestream expert presentations, networking, and social events—even the occasional field trip!

6. Gain personalized support via weekly 1:1 mentorship (included in Gold Membership)

7. Get in-depth feedback and assessments from Shift_Up coaches (included in Gold Membership)

8. When you’re ready for your final exam, register to be assessed and, if you pass, get Shift_Up certified and get access to our 60+ employer network

9. If you aren’t successful at first, you can try again, up to three times total

10. Congratulations—you’ve reached your goals!
